All our products are digital in nature (data, reports, and information). Once you have accessed or downloaded our digital content, it cannot be returned, and the transaction cannot be reversed due to the nature of these products.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, and our support team cannot resolve these issues within 7 business days.
  • Content Significantly Different: If the content description significantly misrepresented what was actually provided.

  4. If approved, refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
  5. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • You have downloaded or accessed the purchased content (except in cases of significant technical issues).
  • You simply changed your mind about the purchase.
  • Your request is based on factors outside our control (such as internet connectivity issues on your end).
  • The refund request is submitted after the 5-day window.
  • You claim the content is not as expected, but the content delivered matches the description provided at the time of purchase.

6. Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to any of our recurring services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
  • Once cancelled, you will still have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

7. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that if a refund is approved, payment processing fees (typically 2-3% of the transaction amount) may be deducted from the refund amount, as these fees are not refundable to us from our payment processors.
